  • Schedule: Weekly sessions, held Tuesdays at 10 a.m. PT

  • Platform: Live via Zoom (audio recordings available)

Occasional schedule adjustments may occur due to Rachel’s speaking and training commitments. All sessions will be communicated in advance, and recordings will be provided via a course library after the live recording.

How much time does this require?

ADA Decision Lab is designed for busy professionals.

Each live session is approximately 60 minutes per week, and participants can engage at the level that works best for them. Some attend live every week and actively participate, while others primarily learn through recordings and podcast access.

The goal is consistent exposure and guided repetition, not overwhelming coursework or homework.

What if I miss a session?

No problem.

Every session is recorded and made available through the member portal and private podcast feed so participants can learn on their own schedule.

Are recordings available?

Yes. All sessions are recorded.

Is this legal training?

While legal concepts and compliance obligations are discussed extensively, this program is educational in nature and is not intended to provide legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship.

Organizations are encouraged to work with legal counsel regarding organization-specific legal decisions.
